Privacy Policy

Last updated on: 19th July 2026
OpsRadarX Tech Solutions ("OpsRadarX", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. We ask for only the information we need to run the Services, we do not sell your personal information, and we do not run an advertising business. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights available to you. This policy applies to the OpsRadarX website, application, and related services.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you sign up for an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and country. When you use billing or invoicing features, you may provide payment-related information; card numbers are handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment gateway partners and are never stored on our servers — we retain only the billing name, address, and the last four digits, where applicable. When you contact support, we collect the information you share with us to resolve your request.

Information collected automatically

We automatically collect certain information when you use our website and application, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps, through log files and first-party cookies. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Services, and never for third-party advertising.

Information from third parties

If you sign in using a federated identity provider (such as Google), that provider shares your name and email address with us as part of authentication. If a partner or reseller refers you to us, they may share your contact details for the purpose of following up on your interest.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:
  • provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • create and manage your account and process transactions, including GST-compliant invoicing;
  • communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates;
  • detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Automation and AI-Assisted Features

Where the Services use automation, machine learning, or AI-assisted features (for example, to auto-fill invoice fields, flag anomalies, or generate reports), these features are powered primarily by the data within your own account. We do not use your Customer Data to train shared models across unrelated customers without first anonymizing or aggregating it, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Customer Data You Process Through the Services

If you use the Services to store or process information about your own customers, employees, or other individuals ("Customer Data"), you remain the owner and controller of that data. We process Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Services and according to your instructions.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
  • with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as cloud hosting and payment gateway providers), under confidentiality obligations;
  • with third-party integrations you choose to enable, subject to that third party's own privacy practices;
  • when required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request; and
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the acquiring entity honoring this policy.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and Customer Data for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure, data is deleted from our active systems within 6 months and from backups within a further 3 months, except where longer retention is required for tax, accounting, or other legal purposes under Indian law.

Your Rights and Choices

Regardless of where you are located, we extend to you the right to:
  • access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements;
  • object to or restrict certain processing; and
  • request a portable copy of your data.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies that are strictly necessary for the website and application to function (such as session and authentication cookies), along with limited analytics cookies to understand usage and improve the product. We do not use non-essential third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest, to protect the information we hold. Access to Customer Data is limited to personnel who need it to provide support or maintain the Services. See our Security page for more detail.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We have designated a contact for privacy matters. If you have questions or concerns about our privacy practices, you can reach out at dpo@opsradarx.com.
